Pick-up Time:
◆ Your confirmed pick-up time will be clearly communicated in the booking confirmation.
◆ For airport pick-ups, we synchronize with your flight arrival time, provided you furnish us with the correct flight number.
No-Shows Policy:
◆ Failing to cancel or appear at the designated pick-up spot within 30 minutes of the agreed time will be deemed a no-show.
◆ No-shows necessitate a full charge of the total fare as compensation for the inconvenience incurred.
Flight Delays Policy:
◆ We diligently monitor flight statuses to ensure timely service.
◆ In instances of flight delays, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly.
◆ We kindly request prompt notification of any flight schedule changes for accurate adjustments. - Providing your airline flight number enables our driver to monitor and adapt pick-up times using Google flight tracking.
Cancellation Policy:
◆ Cancellations made more than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time entitle the customer to a full refund.
◆ Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time but before 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time qualify for a 50% refund.
◆ Cancellations made less than one hour prior to the agreed pick-up time, or after it, will result in the customer being charged the full fare.
Legal Requirements:
◆ We may disclose your information in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
